October 6-8, 2025 | Edmonton, AB

In Fall 2025 we gathered together in Edmonton for the 2025 APHC Annual Gathering, connecting researchers, trainees, and community partners on the theme of Community-Engaged Research. Co-hosted by Dr. Kate Storey (University of Alberta) and Dr. Kelly Skinner (University of Waterloo), this event took place on October 6, 7, and 8th in Amiskwacîwâskahikan (Edmonton, Alberta).

Titled Connected for Health, gathering sessions were organized to build on each other, exploring different aspects of community and community-engaged research, including defining what is ‘it’, working in a good way, how we engage, and how to move towards a collaborative space

We are pleased to share a Summary Report highlighting the event sessions, with direct links to session recordings and a photo gallery.
